During your assessment, if your clinician determines that Inglewood isn't the right place for your specific concern, your $50 deposit is fully refunded. You keep the written plan, and we send you to the specialist who is. We call it the Skin Fit Guarantee.
Will I be pressured to buy products on the day?+
No. Your written plan includes product recommendations matched to your skin assessment, but buying anything is opt-in. The plan is yours to take home, whether you buy from us, your pharmacy, or no one. We track results, not retail spend.
How is this different from a HydraFacial or regular facial?+
Three things: (1) a real skin clinician assesses your skin and chooses the treatment, not a beautician working from a fixed menu, (2) the enzyme and mask are picked from our Synergie Skin or Circadia ranges based on what your assessment shows, not what we are trying to sell, and (3) you leave with a written plan, not a recommendation to come back for a series.
Will I see results after one visit?+
You'll see hydration and a softer glow on the day. The real change — pigmentation, redness, congestion, fine lines — happens over the weeks that follow as you work through your written plan. Your 4-week follow-up call is where we review how your skin's responding.
What's the $50 deposit for?+
The $50 deposit reserves your appointment slot — important because we're appointment-only and don't double-book. It's credited in full toward your $99 session. You pay the remaining $49 on the day. Under the Skin Fit Guarantee, it's fully refunded if Inglewood isn't the right fit for your concern.
I have sensitive skin, melasma, or I'm pregnant. Is this safe for me?+
All of those concerns are covered in your assessment, and your clinician adjusts the treatment accordingly. Pregnancy: yes, we keep to the gentlest options only. Sensitive or reactive skin: yes, both our Synergie Skin and Circadia ranges include formulations made specifically for barrier-compromised skin.
Can I reschedule or cancel?+
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment — your $50 deposit carries straight over. Inside the 48-hour window, please call us. No-shows are charged the full session price.
